No, I’m not just jealous.  I happen to love my Tilt… I’m just so fed up with all the iPhone blogs and news articles.  Nearly every blog site I visit has been inundated by articles pertaining to the iPhone… Seriously how much can you say about them?  Your release was an epic failure, and your apps will be the downfall of your product.  Okay, maybe I’m a little jealous, but as a texting fiend, I’m not sure I’m willing to give up my beloved Tilt.  </rant>

Let’s spend our next few minutes together doing something other than talking about the iPhone, shall we?

First, I had this for dinner tonight.  Seaweed salad with jellyfish!  Delicious:

Here’s something that the geeky side of me dreams about.  For now I’ll just stick with reading about the dream of a set up.

Hey-o to all you designers… recently a surge of vector based graphics have taken over the web and advertising in general.  Learning to create vector based graphics is critical in the present day - and this website allows for anybody hoping to learn from the beginning OR just check out some sweet new techniques.

I originally landed on this website under the pretense that it would be a good way to get inspired.  Inevitably, the level of skill required to create some of these made me feel like a pretty big loser… nevertheless, its worth your time to check out the mastery of skills presented.  I especially liked the graffiti portion, as I am a fan of street art, you know.

Onward with the graphic related stuff… isn’t it amazing to see the awesome designs that can be made with strictly text?  Typography is delicious… not to mention a crucial skill in modern design.

Lastly, here’s something fun… if you’re looking for a way to memorize– why not learn from the best?  Memorize with your feet and elbows!

I promise to be more on my game with blogs.  I’ve been doing some weird Geek Squad hours, and have been neglecting my dear sweet web works.  <33  Forgive me.
